Free tier enters the standard queue. Pro subscribers get Priority Lane access weekdays 9AM–6PM ET, jumping ahead by an average of 3.2 minutes. Enterprise plans run on reserved GPU capacity with <60s wait time guaranteed (SLA).
Can I train a custom model on my own footage?+
Yes, on Enterprise plans. You upload 50–200 clips (MP4, min 720p) and we fine-tune a LoRA adapter on your brand style. Training takes 6–12 hours; you get a private model ID to call via API or dashboard. One-time setup fee $2,400.
What's your refund policy if a render doesn't meet expectations?+
First render of every new subscription month is free to re-run (no credit charge) if output quality is below acceptable. After that, you can request manual review within 24 hours—our team checks the prompt and settings. Approved cases get credit refund same day.
Do you store my uploaded images or videos long-term?+
Uploads live on our S3 bucket for 30 days post-render, then auto-delete (GDPR compliance). You can download source + output anytime in that window. Enterprise customers can opt for 90-day retention or connect their own S3 bucket (zero Unionvora storage).
